The working principle of the steam cleaning machine is to accelerate the movement speed of the molecules on the dirt surface through the high-temperature steam, and to achieve the purpose of removing various stubborn stains by destroying the binding force between them, and at the same time completely eliminate various bacteria, mites, microorganisms and pathogens attached to the objects. It is equipped with nozzles, brushes and other functional and convenient accessories, and does not require any cleaning agents. It is environmentally friendly and has high efficiency in rapid dirt removal and sterilization.
Steam cleaning machines have a wide range of applications, such as cleaning milling machines, CNC machine tools and foundry equipment, and injection molding machines. Mechanical and electrical devices, as well as pneumatic and hydraulic components, can all be cleaned in a very short time. Dry steam can easily remove oil, grease, graphite or other stubborn dirt, and high-temperature disinfection can also be performed. In many cases, this equipment can completely replace the expensive dry ice cleaning method.
Daily maintenance
To extend the service life of the cleaning machine, daily maintenance is very important and must be strictly implemented:
1.Check the lubricating oil level in the high-pressure pump crankcase every day and replace the lubricating oil every three months;
2.Clean the water inlet filter every two weeks;
3.Clean the fuel nozzle and ignition electrode assembly once a month;
4.Replace the fuel filter once every three months;
5.Disassemble and clean the high-pressure oil pump once every three months.
