1. How far ahead is 600kW?

By comparison, the general power of supercharging piles on the market is still around 300kW. The peak power of Tesla V3 supercharging pile can reach 250kW, charging for 15 minutes to run 250 kilometers; the peak power of Porsche 800V high-voltage supercharging has also reached 270kW. , it takes 30 minutes to charge from 5% to 80%.
While competitors are still producing 800V voltage and 360kW charging power, Te Laidian has already achieved 600kW or even 720Kw. First of all, we need to understand what the concept of 600kW overcharging is. Ordinary home slow charging is generally 7kW, and the speed of special power overcharging is nearly a hundred times that of home slow charging. The power of State Grid charging piles is generally 40~60KW, and 600KW is more than ten times that.
Second, what is "liquid cooling overcharging"?
It is to set up a special liquid circulation channel between the cable and the charging gun. Liquid coolant for heat dissipation is added to the channel, and the coolant is circulated through a power pump to take out the heat generated during the charging process.
The power part of the system uses liquid cooling for heat dissipation, and there is no air exchange with the external environment, so it can achieve an IP65 design. At the same time, the system uses a large air volume fan to dissipate heat with low noise and high environmental friendliness.
Why is it said that Telaidian’s super charging pile represents the highest technical level in the industry? What are the harsh conditions required to manufacture such a high-power supercharger?

3. How to achieve ultra-fast charging with liquid-cooled overcharging?
Liquid-cooled supercharging charging piles have the characteristics of high charging efficiency, low heat generation, high safety, and low noise.
First, the current is larger and the gun wire is lighter. The innovative liquid-cooled high-power module can intelligently adjust the flow rate, fan, and water pump speed to meet the heat dissipation of the 600A cable. The weight of the liquid-cooled gun cable is less than half of the traditional charging gun cable.
Secondly, the charging noise is small and the protection level is high. It adopts a silent gear pump, a special cavity line design, and the noise is less than 60db. The penetration rate of high-power liquid-cooled supercharging piles in my country is still low.
